Creating a New Project

This guide walks you through the steps to create a new project in BetterVoxel_Editor. Follow the instructions below to get started with your project.

Step 1: Click on "New Project"

To begin, launch BetterVoxel_Editor and navigate to the main menu. On the home screen, locate and click on the "New Project" button to start the project creation process.

Step 2: A pop-up appears named "New Project"

After clicking on "New Project", a pop-up window will appear titled "New Project". This window will guide you through entering the necessary details for your project.

Step 3: Write a name for the project in the field "Project name"

Inside the pop-up, you will see a field labeled "Project Name". Enter a meaningful name for your project in this field. Make sure to use a name that clearly describes the purpose of the project, as this will help in organizing and identifying projects later on.

Step 4: Click on the save button

Once you've entered the project name, click the Save button located at the bottom of the pop-up window. This will confirm the creation of your project.

Step 5: A new project is created

After saving, your new project will be created and automatically opened in BetterVoxel_Editor. You can now start working on your voxel designs, assets, or environment within the new project.
